Within the framework of continuously keeping up to date with the evolving environment of Compliance regulations, iSPIRAL sponsored Cyprus Fiduciary Association’s two independent half-day events: “AML Workshop (Developments & Test Cases)” in Limassol (3rd of July) and Nicosia(4th of July)
The objective of the workshops were to provide participants with an in depth understanding of the 4th and 5th AML Directive requirements, Risk Assessment, Risk Based Approach and CDD.
The workshops were addressed primarily to Compliance Professionals and Directors of Administrative Services Providers, but also to ASP employees that need to be aware of compliance developments.
