The Mechanic Garage Management System (MGMS) is a software solution that will provide the mechanics with a quick, easy and automated management of their client’s car history, services (equipment used) and payments. The mechanic  has access to his client’s cars and can create an invoice for a specific  client with just a few clicks of the mouse. The invoice report is generated automatically as well as the payment receipt and the client’s statement of account. The MGMS stores every transaction that is made so the user has access to every invoice, payment service that was done in the past. The system is also very customisable;  the user  has the option to add his own equipment,  banks used for payments, type of payments and VAT.



Client Management

  • Add a new client with all of his contact info (address, email, telephones)
  • View all of the client’s cars or add a new car with one click
  • Navigate to the car management to with an ease
  • Google maps integration: The user can find his client’s home in case this is needed
  • Send email to client by clicking the mail icon 

Car Management

  • View all the invoices for a specific car in chronological order
  • View the history of the services done to the car and the specific equipment used in each service
  • Create a new invoice for the owner of the car with one click

Invoice Management

  • Add equipment and services done to the car
  • Automatic calculation of total
  • Automatic creation of payment if the payment type is cash
  • Ability to specify desired price for the invoice (added as discount)
  • Print Invoice Report with one click  

Payment Management

  • View all the payments for a client
  • View which invoices are paid with the specific payment
  • Print receipt with one click 

Statement of Account

  • Print the statement of account report for a client
  • Ability to specify date-range
